We meet in affinity groups to feel the solidarity, soft space and rejuvenation that come from these groups. Affinity groups are open to individuals who identify as members of the group and can speak to the experience of being a member of the group from the "I" perspective. We acknowledge that we all hold multiple and intersecting identities, and that you may need to make a choice to focus on one of your identities during this session. We invite you to bring your wholeness into whichever space you choose for this conversation.

This training program dives into advocacy, trauma-informed care, and the profound impact of words. Through captivating narrative, drama, and lyrical performances, Rashan explores topics such as social media depression, mental health, self-discovery, advocacy, substance abuse and male victimization.Participants undergo a preparatory phase encompassing trigger warnings and comprehensive guidelines, aligning with the program's objectives and outcomes. Rashan supplements each spoken word performance with detailed contextualization, fostering in-depth dialogues that enrich the understanding of the themes explored in a structured, safe space.
