Black, Indigenous, and People of Color
Saturday March 8, 2025 9:55am - 10:25am PST
We meet in affinity groups to feel the  solidarity, soft space and rejuvenation that come from these groups. Affinity groups are open to individuals who identify as members of the group and can speak to the experience of being a member of the group from the "I" perspective. We acknowledge that we all  hold multiple and intersecting identities, and that you may need to make a choice to focus on one of your identities during this session. We invite you to bring your wholeness into whichever space you choose for this conversation.

You're Not Crazy– Everything Makes Absolute Perfect Sense (Parts Work and the Nervous System)
Saturday March 8, 2025 10:30am - 11:30am PST
Have you ever wondered why feel the way you feel? Or why you act a certain way? Have you ever wondered, "what's wrong with me? I'm a broken, or just crazy?!" If you have, then I get it. That's how I felt for most of my life before I learned that everything you do, think and feel makes absolute perfect sense!

In this workshop, you'll be introduced to three important parts of yourself – the Inner Critic, the Inner Child and the Adult-Self. Together we’ll explore how to recognize these different internal voices – or parts of yourself – that subconsciously run your life. Additionally, you’ll gain understanding about how your nervous system controls so much of how we feel and what we do. Overall, you’ll leave with more understanding, acceptance and compassion toward yourself and everyone else around you.

Modern Day Forgiveness: If you’ve ever been hurt by another person in your life, you’ll mostly ask yourself this question: To forgive or not forgive? In this workshop we’ll explore this widely debated concept, discussing what forgiveness means and what it doesn’t mean. We’ll discuss how to move forward in life with compassion for yourself and others, no matter the word, or process, you choose to use.
