About me
Since founding Relation-Shift at the Harvard Innovation Lab in 2016, Justine has partnered with dozens of schools and over 5,000 educators to build holistic school programs to champion student safety and equity. Justine has worked for the past 16 years with schools and communities to promote justice, equity, and healthy relationships, facilitating classes, workshops, and seminars on gender equality, and the prevention of relationship violence, harassment, and sexual assault. Justine partners with schools and districts to provide school assessment and strategic planning support as well as professional development and student and parent programming.
Before founding Relation-Shift, Justine worked in Washington DC at the Tahirih Justice Center for five years, a national legal nonprofit organization serving immigrant survivors fleeing gender-based violence, and several other national organizations serving students, families, and communities in DC, Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and China. Justine lives in Seattle, WA.
